You can kick back, enjoy a glass of wine, while we cook your dinner and teach ... Or you can jump in and get your hands dirty, testing your knife skills against your fellow guests, while we talk you through it! Demonstration or hands-on, either way you'll have fun and get to listen to us rant passionately about our love for heirloom tomatoes, stewed meats, and funky cheeses.
We're happy to custom design a class based on your interests or favorite foods. Class menus typically encompass an entire meal — from appetizer to dessert — and include four or five recipes that each student gets to keep, and no one leaves hungry. You bring the drinks, we'll bring the food and fun!
Classes are only offered during our off-season, January-April. We can host up to 15 guests at our kitchen, or more at your location. Price is $50 per person, minimum 6 guests.
